Tina Lifford, Founder

Tina Lifford  has been a working actress in Hollywood for the past 15 years, starring alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest names: Clint Eastwood, Jennifer Garner, Bruce Willis, Danny Glover, Sidney Poitier and Steve Martin to name a few.

On television: Tina has starred in more than 80 shows. She is often recognized for her role as Mama Haze in The Temptations Story. She can currently be seen in her recurring role as Renee on NBC’s Parenthood.

As CEO of Waking Up Fabulous™, Tina designs and facilitates workshops for women’s organizations, and team building trainings for corporations and Fortune 500 companies. Her non-profit, Women of the World Speak, is dedicated to the powerful story that lives inside of every woman. She is an author of three children’s books for adults and a keynote speaker.

This is her first venture as a playwright.

She is a successful entrepreneur and Hollywood actress, who has starred on film and television opposite Jennifer Garner, Bruce Willis, Clint Eastwood and Sidney Poitier, just to name a few. Currently, Tina is recurring as Mrs. Hammond on the ABC Family series “Lincoln Heights.”

Tina is a Pattern Interruption Specialist and Dreams into Reality Coach, Licensed Spiritual Practitioner and Graduate of a Master’s Degree Program in Spiritual Psychology. She is the author of two books: Waking Up Fabulous – Life Tools that Work and 365 Ways to Be Fabulous, and conducts a highly effective telecourse titled 30-Days to a More Fabulous YOU! She donates workshops to a number of non-profit organizations.
